the location was acceptable , not too far from main attractions.

i encountered AWFUL issues with the air conditioning. The room was hot, even with the windows open. Street noise made for a restless night.

amazing stay!

helpful girls welcome drink

the girls at reception were nice and helpful, both when i arrived and when i left! i got a welcome drink and even a city pass. ekaterina provided super hosting both at the reception desk and in the restaurant!!!

I found that the parking situation was not ideal. It took some effort to find a spot and it can be frustrating given all the one-way streets.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the center, a museum, and many historical sites! it is also near shops, restaurants, cafes, metro stations, and public transport stops. it's so easy to get around!!!

my room was clean, cute, and tidy. it was also very comfortable! i got daily changes of linen, towels, and toiletries. the room was so neat, everything was very easy to find and use.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Breakfast

My room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I found the breakfast buffet offered a very good variety each morning.. the service from Yuliia was particularly excellent. Eliza at reception was very helpful. She assisted with setting up a tour for my family and provided good advice.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, a significant issue given the warm temperatures . While a fan was provided, it didn't adequately cool the room, and the noise from the busy street made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.
